MISSION

The mission of  Frank Talk is to educate business leaders and professionals on how to create a culture of inclusion in the workplace. This is done through customized, impactful training and open communication. It is our belief that integrating DEI into any organization’s culture, regardless of size, is imperative in order to grow and prosper in today’s multicultural economy.

Plus, it’s the right thing to do!

VISION

Customized Strategy

One size does not fit all. Therefore, we always begin by meeting with key stakeholders, in order to create the most meaningful blueprint for attaining the organization’s DEI goals.

(Impactful) Training

Whether it is one-to-one training, or an event designed for a large audience, all programs are interactive and designed for high impact.
They are always led by Robyn herself or a dynamic facilitator.

(Open) Communication

We do not shy away from difficult conversations.

Hence. The name **Frank Talk**.

An honest and open dialogue is essential to moving from awareness into action.
At the same time, we believe in using humor and insist on kindness for the purpose of educating our clients

This approach brings to life stories from your organization–based on data

Actors stay in character after each scene to answer learners’ questions, revealing the impact our actions can have on others. Robyn or a trained facilitator guides learners safely and candidly on an exploration of their reactions, perceptions, and assumptions, giving them insight into others’ perspectives. Learners leave with simple, practical plans for how to increase equity, diversity, and inclusiveness in your organization.

My name is –

Robyn Frank,
Founder of Frank Talk…
Talking about the hard stuff to create a more inclusive workplace.

How do you bring diversity, equity, and inclusion into your workplace? It’s the question that has driven Robyn Frank for decades. As a lawyer, speaker, and coach, Robyn is a fierce advocate for women and minorities in leadership roles. And while her pursuit is ideal, her path is practical. Because Robyn understands that achieving equality requires hard conversations.

Robyn founded Frank Talk as a powerful resource for professionals and organizations that want to further diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. The ultimate goal is to create a universally inclusive culture by initiating difficult but necessary dialogues on gender, race, creed, and sexual orientation. Through Frank Talk, Robyn skillfully develops one-to-one training, speaking engagements, workshops, and retreats that deliver high-impact results toward full inclusion. Robyn has been guiding individuals and organizations through these delicate discussions for years. It’s her lifelong passion.

Robyn masterfully advises and educates not only on the fairness and equity of inclusion, but also on helping business leaders gain a greater understanding of its importance in recruiting, developing and retaining talent, thus staying relevant and profitable in today’s market. From Fortune 500 companies, law firms, and nonprofits, to individuals, boutique businesses, and everything in between, Robyn knows that everyone gains from these hard conversations. It’s her mission to help them see how—all with a friendly style and no judgment.

In addition to creating Frank Talk, Robyn is responsible for all legal matters at Centerforce USA, an enterprise which develops and hosts conferences around the country on issues that concern female and minority leaders in the legal profession. Robyn oversees the
Diversity Division, including speaker recruitment, panel prep, creation of all content, and on-site management of the Women in the Law Summit Series, where she moderates panels on diversity, equity, and inclusion before audiences of 150+ attendees.

Robyn’s expertise in workplace equity goes back even further, to her days as General Counsel at Great Eastern Energy in Brooklyn, New York. There she headed the legal and regulatory departments, and she led the development of the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Robyn holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from the Ohio State University, a J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University, and a Master’s in Energy Law from the University of Tulsa. Robyn is also a Member in Good Standing of the New York State Bar.

Collectively, Robyn’s decades of professional practical experience and personal passion give Frank Talk the power to successfully lead organizations to a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. She knows that to do so, we’ve got to talk about the hard stuff. But she also knows it’s worth it. To learn more about Frank Talk—and how it can benefit you or your organization—please contact Robyn, and she will be happy to schedule a free 15-minute telephone or Zoom consultation.
